🌿 How the journey unfolds Preparation
- 2 weeks (self-guided)

Once you join, you receive all preparation material in advance. The preparation phase is fully self-guided, allowing you to move at your own pace with clear structure and guidance. There are no live sessions during preparation.

Week 1 – The Green Cleanse

The first week focuses on simple, green and light nourishment.
This phase supports the body by:

  • Easing digestion

  • Reducing inflammation and cravings

  • Gently preparing the system for deeper release

The intention is not restriction or perfection — but making it easier for the body to let go.

Week 2 – Eating according to Ayurvedic principles

During the second week, you continue preparing the body by eating according to Ayurvedic principles. The focus is on:

  • Warm, simple meals

  • Easy digestion

  • Grounding routines

  • Nervous system support

There are no strict rules — only guidance that helps the body feel stable and ready before the fast.

Support & responsibility

  • The preparation phase is fully self-guided

  • All material is provided in advance

  • You are responsible for following the guidance in a way that feels right for your body

I am available in case of acute questions or concerns if needed, but this is not a program with ongoing live support during preparation. This structure allows both autonomy and safety

Culmination: 3-day guided water fast held live during the full moon

Live sessions:

  • Morning or evening, 30 minutes each

  • Same times every month

The journey culminates in a 3-day water fast held live by me during the full moon. This is where we meet live and where the fast is held. During these three days, you are supported through:

  • Live Zoom sessions each day

  • Morning and evening check-ins (30 minutes each)

  • Breathwork, rest and reflection

  • Ceremonial opening and closing

  • A calm and held group container

This phase is about slowing down, listening inward and allowing release — physically, emotionally and energetically.

Integration

After the fast, you are gently guided back into food and daily life with simplicity and care, allowing the body and nervous system to settle and integrate the experience.
