Plant Medicine

Meet the Medicine with Me

My path with plant medicine did not begin from curiosity — it began from listening. Listening to my body when it was tired. Listening to my heart when life asked me to slow down. Listening to something deeper that whispered: there is another way. I did not come to these medicines to escape life, but to meet it more honestly

My Why

Over the years, I have learned that true healing is rarely loud or dramatic. It is often quiet. It happens when we feel safe enough to soften.
Plant medicine became part of my journey not as a solution, but as a support — helping me come back into my body, my breath, and my inner knowing. For me, the medicine became a way of remembering myself — not adding anything, only returning to what has always been there.
They taught me patience. They taught me humility. They taught me to trust the pace of my own nervous system.
Most of all, they reminded me that the body already knows how to heal when it is met with presence, respect, and care.

The medicine I walk with

Rapé is a sacred Amazonian plant blend traditionally used to bring the mind back into the body. In my work, Rapé is offered as a grounding and centering medicine — especially supportive when the mind feels busy or scattered. It helps create inner stillness, clarity, and a deeper connection to breath and presence.

Rapé may support:

  • Grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Mental clarity and emotional balance

  • Releasing heavy or stagnant energy

  • A deeper sense of being here, now

It is always offered slowly, with intention, care, and respect for your boundaries.

Sananga — Clarity & Inner Vision

Sananga is a powerful Amazonian eye medicine known for its cleansing and clarifying qualities. It works both physically and energetically, helping to clear old layers, stagnation, and blurred perception. Sananga invites humility and presence — a deeper way of seeing, both inwardly and outwardly.

Sananga may support:

  • Clear vision and energetic cleansing

  • Focus and mental clarity

  • Emotional release and inner awareness

This medicine can be intense, yet deeply honest. It is always approached with reverence and offered only when it feels aligned.

How I Hold Space

When you meet the medicine with me, you are never asked to go further than you are ready for. I walk beside you — not in front of you. On my retreats, plant medicine is always optional and always offered with care.

I hold space with:

  • Calm presence and clear intention

  • Deep respect for your boundaries and nervous system

  • Trust in your inner wisdom and timing

  • A grounded, human, and ceremonial approach

There is no performance here. No pressure to feel anything special. Only an invitation to be honest with yourself.

Cermoniel Cacao - Heart opening

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that has been used for centuries in ritual and prayer. Cacao works softly and steadily. It invites warmth, connection, and emotional openness — without force.

Cacao may support:

  • Heart-centered awareness and self-compassion

  • Emotional opening and inner warmth

  • Creativity and gentle joy

  • A sense of connection within yourself and with others

Cacao does not push. It holds.

An Invitation

The medicine is not here to change you. It is here to help you remember who you are. If you feel called, you are welcome to meet the medicine with me — slowly, safely, and in your own way.

This is a shared journey. One step at a time. Held with care.
